SCE Irwindale desired an education center campus that is drought tolerant and celebrates Irwindale’s aggregate mining legacy. The addition of a parking structure severely limited opportunities for outdoor respites. Nevertheless, we created a wellness walk and outdoor lobby for the parking garage with ample native planting which showcased native aggregate at every turn.

OBX | Otay Mesa

A new border crossing in Otay Mesa spurred the development of the 311 acre Otay Crossing Commerce Park. We design, entitled and complete 8 lots totaling 3 million square foot of logistic buildings within over the course of 2 years. Care was taken to introduce ample employee outdoor spaces with shaded respites, and wellness walks. Green infrastructure was also front and center in these development.
