VANS HQ2 | Costa Mesa
Client | Architect VANS | LPA
Designers took the four timeless VANS’ design pillars of art, action sports, street culture and music and composed a series of productive social spaces that sought to maximize user's happiness quotient and enhance overall workplace productivity. The lack of an exising holistic campus gave rise to 'The Street' that connects a relocated 12' tall skate ramp to the 'The Square', a great lawn with a stage that housed 275 seated participants. 'The Circuit' continues through the sea of photovoltaic arrays, creating a loop wellness walk through the campus, ending back at the skate ramp..
